Useless and ***********
I requested a prescription letter on 08/11/2018 for a prescribed EDGARS account that was written off November 2014 already.
I was promised to recieve the letter within 48 hours.
I followed up on 12/08/2018 only to be informed that my request have not been actioned yet and I should allow another 48 hours.
ACCORDING TO LAW: Retail debt become prescribed after no payment or summons issued within 3 YEARS.
LAST PAYMENT WAS MORE THAN 4 YEARS AGO ALREADY AS THIS ACCOUNT IS ALREADY WRITTEN OFF FOR 4 YEARS. ________________

15 Nov 2018, 22:14An apology is acceteable the first time but it seems like this company is only able to deliver EMPTY PROMISES - who ever you speak to, (WHEN you finally get through and the person doesnt simply hang-up) NOBODY CAN PROVIDE FEEDBACK or knows when about the turn-around time is???
The branches is even worse when it comes to customer queries and client service and friendliness is also non existend!!!!!
