URGENT PAID UP LETTER AND CLOSURE OF ACCOUNT 11
I am deeply disappointed in this store. I settled my account last year 02 October 2019 and was told I'll get my paid up letter afterwards. Im still waiting for the letter and till to day getting harassment calls from them telling me I owe. Why would I go to the store particularly asking the full settlement balance to settle and close the account only to find out there's a running balance and the account is not closed!! I WANT MY PAID UP LETTER AND FOR THIS ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED IMMEDIATELY!!!!

04 Aug 2020, 14:08I made contact on numerous occasions asking your call center agents to send my paid up letter and close the account immediately. No one did so and I'm still waiting for it. How many times did I have to request for this letter while you add on more and more charges. I refuse to pay a single cent as I requested for the settlement balance and closure of my account. I will not pay for something I'm not using. Send me my ****ing letter or I will get an attorney and sue ur company because all the call recordings should be there as proof that I've asked got closure and the damn paid up letter.
I have every right to get this letter and this company seems to just be nonchalant about other people's credit scores.
Send me all my call recording I'm sure I have rights on those as well.
