Update the payment made on the account
Can you kindly update the payment I made on my Edgars account. I paid R500 a few days ago but you still haven't updated my account. Your consultants were harassing me with a million calls now that I've paid you stop calling but you fail to update my account. You can't harass me and not update my account when I've paid.

You were supposed to pay R610.00 but we received a R500 payment on the 25.09.2019.

So you'll only update my account when I've paid the R110 that's only due in October. You don't even acknowledge that you received payment and my account doesn't even reflect the R500 that's paid. Where did that payment disappear to since it doesn't reflect to have been paid on my account. Don't tell me about an amount that's due in October when we are still in September. Update my account for and give evidence that I paid the R500 for September. Call me and stop claiming that you didn't get hold me. Must I just keep paying money into an account that doesn't even reflect any payment made? Is that what you're implying "Edcon Team"?
