Unresolved ***** query

My name is Mmabatho I logged a ***** complaint with Edgars around April and May. Then the forensic manager from Edgars called me confirming that the query is under investigation. On the 11 June I was called by the invistigator confirming that ***** was found and the account will be closed.

I also requested for my itc to be updated and when I check it shows that Edgars did not remove it from my profile.

This is really reflecting negatively on my profile and I can't tolerate this incompetence from Edgars.
