Unpaid provident fund

I resigned from Edcon, my last day being 08/05/2017 and till date i haven't received a cent of my provident fund! I have gone via the lines of going through my ex manager, Karen from edgars gateway first,then HR,Arusha Dasrath ,whom despite saying that she will 'see what she can do and get back to me' i was further told that "lt wasn't her job as my ex line manager Karen has all my details" hence leading to further disappointment from these *********** employees. Its been over 4 months & i am still awaiting payout. Its only a matter of time before i get a lawyer involved to resolve this situation because Edcon only understands the language of being sued!
