UNKNOWN OUTSTANDING AMOUNT
Some lady called me last month called me selling me a personal funeral cover , the next thing she put on family cover without consulting with me. I then decided to cancel everything. I had to pay R294.03 last month but I did not have enough money so I paid R200.00 and I knew that i will be in arrears. Now i recived an email that says i need to pay R431.06 ASAP. So as i was trying to explain to Nozizwe Dlamangandla and trying to tell her that I usually pay R285.00 on my Edgards account then she was being rude at me and telling me that I should not ask her questions which she cant answer because she doesn't know anything.<br> <br> She was being rude and has a bad attitude. She doesn't deserve to deal with people.
