Unfairly Billed

Never make the mistake of opening an account with Edcon. Even when you tell them that you're unemployed and can no longer afford their installments they will continue to bill you for their ridiculously high service fee of R40 and an unreasonable R30 for arrears. I asked them countless times to close my account because all it had was cellphone insurance but I would always be told its not possible until the account is settled. And yet they'd continue billing me month after month. I'm really disgusted by their service
