unclear paid up balance and paid up letter

hi

i have an account ( ********** ********** 17892) with Edcon company. last November i arranged a settlement agreement to pay off my outstanding balance and in which i received a discount on my balance. i then paid the agreed amount in a jet store in Sammy marks Pretoria central then i was expecting my credit to be cleared off but i called again requesting paid up letter then i was told that organisations is facing challenge of systems however they will revert back to me and issue me with paid up letter .

in February i called again seeking paid up letter, i was also informed that they are faced with a challenge of systems and then i was also informed that i still have an outstanding balance and it is not yet cleared off whereas in November we agreed to settle my balance on an agreement discount amount.

To date i am still awaiting to be cleared on the balance that is still outstanding whereas we have agreed on settling on an agreed discount amount and paid up letter.
