Unauthorized limit increase
I want to know how my credit limit was changed and when. I do not remember requesting for a limit. Someone please call me back urgently.

According to our system, it shows that the last credit limit increase that was granted to you was in 2017.
However, we can see that there was another increase in December 2018 in store.
Unfortunately, as the credit was used we are unable to decrease your credit limit.
You may request to decrease your credit once the balance has been paid up.
