Unauthorized cellphone insurance

I went to purchase with my card after NOT using for a couple of years only to be told that it was handed over to lawyers. This was after I ensured that my account always has a zero balance after purchases. I paid the balance unknowingly so that I could use the card. After paying I found out that I couldn't use the card still. When I enquired, I was told that the money I owed was for cellphone insurance which I had never requested or authorized. They activated it and I had been paying for it blindly while paying for my account. This is **************** and I bet a lot of people are unwitting victims of this ****. I want my money back and would advise people to scrutinize what they're being billed by these ******.
