unauthorised debits

i noticed a debit from my bank account for R53 going off as hollardfincallsucal. after numerous phone calls i traced it back to edcon. i spoke to a Plumkile at edcon who asked me to email all my bank statements which i did immediately. i have traced this debit order going off since 2012. i have no idea for what this debit order is for and i have not taken any insurance from edcon. all that i do have with edcon is a cash card.<br> after trying to call the call centre again and again i keep having to repeat the same story and not make any headway. i have tried to stop the debit order from the bank but failed to do so. as for plumkile she never even had the curtesy to email me back.<br> <br> think edcon should give me a call and explain why R53 being debited from my bank account for the past 3 years and i want my money back.
