Unacceptable service

I was retrenched in March and paid of both min and my husbands Edgars accounts off. We were under debt review and the counselor requested we call Edcon debt review dept for settlement values. In March i sent the edcon department proof of payment for both accounts and requested they provide a settlement letter and close my account. Nothing happened, I then sent them a request in April, May, June. They sent me a request for both our ID copies and bank statements and signed letters as the accounts were now in credit as Debt Rescue was still paying them since March. I am now at my wits end trying to retrieve my money which is much needed. My husbands account is -R1074.15 and my account is -R611.53. I have sent numerous requests for the money to be refunded into our bank accounts and they do not respond to any thing. No calls no emails. Debt rescue has even given them the go ahead to refund and send settlement letters so that they can take it off the system.
