Unacceptable

Good day

I have a huge problem at the moment, Me as well as my husband had a account with Edgars years back, last statement was emailed 21/O4/2O16 as was confirmed with your operators on the phone today as well as an itc check that was done by my broker , Please take note that NO communication, emails, SMEs or telephone calls was made to me nor my husband in over 3 years time. unfortunately we could not resolve the issue on hand since the guy did not listen to reason. I received a call in 2O16 and arranged a debit order since I already email Jabulani Mthimkhulu informing her that i get numerous calls telling me that we have been handed over, but each person gave me different bank accounts for the money to be paid in, therefor when Edgars called me I arrange for debit orders to go through each month for both accounts. After this arrangement I have not heard from Edgars ever again, this is now 3 years later , and the only reason I even know that this is not settled is because of the ITC check been done on our names, since we are trying to purchase a house. This is now preventing us from buying a home. This is not legal, nor fair of the Edcon company to treat people like this. Now Edgars tells me my info is not updated? Me as well as my husbands details is exactly the same as before , as a matter of fact we updated it with Ntando Nyawo on January 14/ 2O16, so please tell me how did Edcon mess up this badly?? I even emailed Barenda Gumbi, i still have the emails regarding my husbands telephone number change the account he had, as well as my email asking about the account being hand over? Please let me know what EDCON is going to do about this please? cause this is totally unacceptable. We need this account off our ITC check immediately since this is a very bad reflection on both our names. I hold you responsible for this since what you are doing is NOT legal at all.
