On the 14th December 2016 they broke into my house while we were sleeping *****ing all the phones including the 2 that had insurance,Sony E1 Experia and Hisense u939.

The following day i went to put my claim at Westgate Edgars cellphone podium and was helped by a young man called Nkati. I provided him with all the requirements as he knows best what to put on the paper and what is required by the Insurance company.

On the 19th i received the message below....

RE: Edgars Cellphone claim. We?ve received an incomplete claim form. Please update and resend to ********** or phone ********** 748. Hollard Auth FSP

How should i know what is not provided as this message is not specific? I made a call and spoke to one of the consultants they said they are not sure what is needed but saying the problem is with the store they didnt send all the required documents, then i told the lady that i saw Nkati sending all the papers he even made me copies and kept originals. Then she said i must resend the claim my self to the email provide on the sms,i did as required on the 21st of December 2016 and never had any responce, on the 26/27th i went back to Edcon there and had to speak to Nkati again and he resend those papers he had no clue what else was needed he confirmed those documents as complete.

Still there was no responce..

I went again on the 3rd of january this year where i spoke to one of the cellphone Supervisor in the same branch then she phoned the insurance they saying they needed the Second IME number..This second IME number it is on my affidavit it is provided to the store and why should i struggle to get this claim?

Now i have to start al***** again making new papers for the second IME Hisense phone that i provided and i am spending transport money and airtime to go up and down only to get what i paid for.I already spent R200 for this claim struggling to get what is going wrong.
