Unable to write a letter

I am in the process of buying a house (applying for a loan) <br> I paid a bulk amount on my Edgars account and lowered the credit limit. I have asked the call centre to send me a letter stating same. NO one in the call centre including a manager can write such a letter. They referred me to the Buro as they only do statements once a month. I wonder how they issue settlements if they do not have access on the system to view the Terms and Conditions of your agreement with them????
