Unable to cancel account

I have been trying to close my Edgars account for the past two months. Each time I call in to their call centers, I get transferred from pillar to post and consultants don't seem to know the correct processes to follow. I finally got through to someone today who advised that they are in a backlog and cannot confirm when my request will be processed. Funny how they don't ever seem to be in a backlog to request payment, but when it comes to providing customer service they couldn't care less
