UI 19 form.
Hi,
I am a poor South African who is trying by all means to make ends meet. I am currently unemployed. I have worked for Edcon and Avis. Avis has assisted me with the UI 19 Form with no problem. However with Edcon, since last month I have been trying to get in contact with HR department with no luck. First I went to Jet promenade (where I was employed) last month to ask for the UI 19 form to be completed, however the Jet manager(Jonathan) told me to call the HR department on ***, the number just rings forever and ever without getting through. The reason I need this UI 19 form to be completed by the Edcon department it is because I have to take it to the department of labour so that I can get my UIF payment due to me being unemployed. I have been trying to get this form for more than two months now. Please as I am UNEMPLOYED AND BEING ONE OF THE POOR STATISTIC SOUTH AFRICAN I JUST NEED THAT U 19 FORM TO BE COMPLETED AND SENT TO THE JET EMAIL IN MITCHELLS PLAIN STORE WHICH IS [Email Removed] or to my personal email [Email Removed]
