Tired of waiting for refund on account

Good day<br> <br> On October 8th I made an online purchase. The next day I changed the order and the order was duplicated by mistake. I mailed Boardmans to cancel the first order and they responded saying it has been cancelled. Although they cancelled the first order, they never took the amount for that order off my Edgars account. In other words, they sent me one order, but charged me for both.<br> <br> Before I made this order, my account balance was R0. The order I received, was a amount of R1967 and the one that was cancelled was R1935. I paid the R1967, but I am not going to pay R1935 as I cancelled that order.<br> <br> I have called their customer care numerous times and I send e-mails daily. NO RESPONSE. The reference number I received once is ***/GO. When I phone with this ref. Number, they say I just have to wait. This story has been going on for almost 5 months now. HOW LONG MUST ONE POSSIBLY WAIT???? They keep adding interest, which I won't pay as I don't owe that ammount. <br> <br> Please I just want someone to rectify this error. I don't want their neglegence affect my credit record.<br>
