Finally. Light at the end of the tunnel. I just want to thank Lloyd from RCS for finally look into my Edgars account and actually understands my query. After months of fighting and asking the same question over and over again, he answered me and actually follow up on my account. He is going to do the adjustments and it will reflect on my April statement. BIG thank you Lloyd for taking your job seriously and hear the customers.
