Three Edcon stores let down soccer fans in P.E

Imagine my surprise when I went to CNA at Green acres only to learn that thier ticket pro machine is still not working a year later. How is it that the machine has not been fixed or replaced? I had to stand 3 hours at Jet Green acres for soccer tickets Saturday 1st Feb. Edgars Green acres told people their offline. I left without purchasing a ticket as Jet only had 1 till operational and it looked as if the whole entire P.E was in that line. Edcon must please see that stores have working machinery to avoid disappointing customers. This was such a bad experience and for a big group it is not acceptable.
