So apparantly when u pay off and settle and account The person u deal with goes on leave and no one communicates with u 2months later after requesting a settlement letter no ome gets back to u and given covid no one is around to answer nor take accountability But my account is not settled alas....there is still an outstanding amount according to edcon n they say keep sending me a statement where settlement reflects on the statement as 27 March According to edcon settlement amount recieved on 25 mar and deadline date to pay was 3 April according to the email I received from nkosiphendule seja According to edcon lindokuhle now settlement was given in April n only paid in may Utter lie So I have to send through pop yet edcon statement has the settlement payment on it I fail to understand how my DAMN ACCOUNT IS NOT CLOSED
