Once again. There is something about 'con' in this name. Closed my account last year. Paid up. Call centre said, no worries, we'll close it but not de-register it, so if you want to renew account, no re-application process. I said okay on one condition - NO PAYMENTS OR BILLS. THIS MUST COST NOTHING. No problem, says call centre. Now, these ******* are billing me!!! On a closed account. Dishonesty. Misrepresentation. Lies. If there had been any charges, I would have de-registered account.
