Thank you Rewards

I called to complain that my Thank you Rewards have suddenly disappeared and I was told that they expire after 14 months but no one informed me that Thank you rewards expire or will expire after a certain period, i asked the lady to escalate this because it is completely unacceptable, no one has called me since Ref: ********** 0983/G0, i have been saving those points for months and wanted to spend them on a gift for my self. Edcon I want you to hear me clearly, I want my points back and do not want any stories, otherwise I am escalating this further and I will sure close my Jet account which I have had since 2006 and I am never entering any Edcon store ever again!!!
