"Thank You" for Nothing!
I bought a product and used R33 points value towards the transaction. The product was defective, and the store did not have another to replace it with. So I had to do a return. I then get told that the R33 I used (from points) will now be lost, as there is no way to add those back as points, and neither can it can loaded onto an Edcon Credit note! For some unexplainable reason, I still have to present the "thank you" card for the return.
What amazes me is that Edcon actually believe that this is okay. Edcon, You are taking away cash that YOU gave me, just because YOUR system was built with limited thinking!
