Thank u points

These points dont work. Everytime you swipe the card, the points you previously had disappears. They will keep saying they are investigating. All untrue! Beware!!!

- April 2018: 13 325 Thank you points

- 03 May 2018: R 400 petrol and swiped my Thank you card

- 09 May 2018: 0 Thank you points

- 10 May 2018: R 500 petrol and swiped my Thank you card

- 14 May 2018: 5 095 Thank you points

- 02 June 2018: 33 00 Thank you points

- 05 June 2018: R 500 petrol and swiped.

Today! 07 June 2018: 18 260

What happened to my Thank you points from April?

Thank you points of 13 ********** 33 00

And points for petrol I have swipped. It seems that every time I swipe my thank u card my points disappear and start from 0 points? Why? How?
