Terrible EDCON/ DALY CORPORATES

I have been unemployed for a very long time and my Jet account got handd over to Daly corporate. recently i had started working and contanted Daly corporate to request a settlement code. the lady who helped me did not tell me about a once off payment because i was doing an EFT that restricted me from doing that amount pay off. she only stated that my settlement its R4001.00 sent me banking details and confirmation of the amount and that its valid until end of July.

i made a 1st payment of R2000 on the 16th and the R2001 on the 18th tosettle. to my susprise they are now telling me that i still have a balance as i never made a once off payment. had iwas told before, i could have withdrew the money and paid directly at the store. its finger pointing issue and now i am held with that balance. this is terrible and had i knew, i couldnt have paid this R4 001.
