TERRIBLE
Hi, i cant even get hold of one operator on the ***number EDCON Gives you to call for any HR related queries. For such a large entity it is so disappointing that the quality of their call centers are like this...<br> <br> i tried numerous times & held on for over 3 minutes at a time, i still didnt obtain the info i needed.<br> It doesn't matter that its a free 0800 call. Edcon really needs to consider improving their call centers & availability of info.
