TABLET PURCHASE

I bought a Verssed tablet on 15/06/2015, it was only used from 22/06/2015. On 02/08/2015 I needed to take it back because of issues not starting, giving errors etc. I was promised 2 weeks for repairs. It's now 4 weeks and still waiting. I phoned the branch the first time, they only told me they can not do anything about this because they send it to a place. Then I went to the branch a week later, and was assisted by Lassy Skhosana. I told her I am not willing to wait any longer, as this tablet was purchased for a reason and it's unacceptable to wait so long for something I bought new, and used for 41days. She then phoned the place it was send to, after 20min she finally got hold of them. Just to be informed it has being send somewhere else. She then phoned this place and they could not give her a time limit. She told me to try in a weeks time again. I refused and I got the contact numbers for Cynthia & Fatima. But as guest NO ANSWER FOR 45minutes!!!!. I don't want to accept this tablet back as I told this woman. Because what guarantee do I have that it will not happen again. I want my money back! And still I did not receive ANY FEEDBACK from the branch.
