Swept under the carpet by Edcon

<p>Good day, on the 21/11/2016 I lodged a complaint with the Edcon group for dissatisfaction of being charged for insurance which I did not consent to. I received some communication(30/11/2016) from them (after, I had made follow up) that the insurances in question would be cancelled and that they have requested telephonic recordings before my money can be reimbursed for the months where premiums were deducted. Again on the 31/12/2016 I sent an email to Mbali Nkosi enquiring about the progress on my complaint and I still have not received any feedback. My concern now is that my case is being swept under the carpet, I am not being reimbursed and the interest charged monthly is on balances including the months where insurance was included.</p>
