Suspicious activities on my account
<p>I opened an account last year....I used up the buying power I had and since January this year I have been paying my instalments but the closing balance never change....I have tried to contact customer care for assistance buy they never help....I would also like to find out why I'm paying for an insurance on this account that I have no knowledge of signing for? I feel I'm being ********** and when I call for an explanation no one knows....I have requested for a detailed monthly statement but I never get any.....</p>
