SUSPECTED **** BY EDCON

I've been requesting a copy of my policy documents for the past 2 months, every time I call their agents say they are gonna resolve the matter or the matter has been escalated but I don't get those documents. It's funny because they don't seem to have any problems emailing my account statement that shows the amount due that includes the amount for that policy. The policy is underwritten by Hollard but when I call Hollard they refer me to Edcon. What are hiding? what if something were to happen to me the policy holder would my beneficiaries even be helped with the claim process
