Superb and quality service

I called edcon on the 16th March maybe 3 times with the same request with no way forward. I called for the 4th time and i was assisted by a guy called Steve or Steven. He was patient with me and escalated my case. Today i received an email from that department to inform ne they busy with my query. Im greatful for the little you have done it means as lot
