Still waiting for query to be resolved
I am still waiting for query ***/GO to be resolved. Although I have received a few phone calls from EDCON staff nothing has been done to resolve the fact that more that R3,000 disappeared from my Gift Card. I will not leave this until it is resolveD and will find out how to get hold of senior management in order to have this resolved.
