Still waiting for my refund!!!!!

I was on debt review not long ago and the debt review company was making payments to my Edgar’s account every month now the account is fully paid up, the debt review company overpaid this account as Edgar’s did not send them a paid up letter now Edgar’s are owing me money, I’ve sent through all the relevant documents on the 13th April for a refund and they told me Turn around time for refunds is 7 working days but it’s now over a month already and I did not get my refund????? I keep calling them and sending emails but no response what more must I do????
