STILL WAITING FOR FEEDBACk from a ream leader!!!!

After wasting so much of my airtime and time trying to get the so called team leader to call me back, i had to call back Again on Thursday and spoke to Mpumi .i had to explain to her the story again and that i wanna speak to someone more senior than ayanda as she is in competent, she took down my details AGAIN and promised like the previous consultants that i dealth with that this damn ayanda would call me back. she actually said cecelia or something like that would call me on friday... and im still waiting. This damn cellphone insurance they so quick to add their premiums to our statements and yet when they have to service clients, the is no damn team leader nor supervisor whom can actually assist!!! this is just ********!! i can wait for so damn long for feedback and yet they don't make any means to call me back...i will walk into your offices and trust me you wont like my presence there..so you *********** bunch better give me feedback
