Still waiting for a Settlement Letter

I wrote a letter dated 2020 September asking for a settlement letter when I did receive a letter stating that “As part of the business rescue process that Edgards is going through, a decision has been taken to close all dormant accounts effective from 25 September 2020’

Did write to the email address provided *** Financial Service Team asking for a Settlement letter and they have not responded to date . I have been their loyal customer supported them for more than ten years and their Customer Care Centre is not treating issues such as these matters in urgency very disappointed.
