Still no resolution on my pre-paid (bad service)

Well after several months of battelong to get my pre-paid phone removed from their contract system. It seems that Edcon is not only a company of bad customer relations and services, they are a delayed company in carrying out their promises. I still battle to get through to their customer service help line, as you placed on hold for extensible long periods of time, and not at their cost but at your own, so why would they care how long they keep you on the waiting line or just pickup and cut the call, forcing you to call again. I hate this company to a depth!

I eventually got the e-mail address

**********

And thus sent them an email, wich follows-->

To whom it may concern

I have made several attempts and queries on to what has happened to my prepaid cell number since your company has converted it into a contract number without my knowledge of this happening nor my agreement to such violation of my privacy. I have made several calls, many times with only 3 been answered. The 1st guy rudely cut the call when i was trying to explain my side to him, the second cut the call and the third actually listened to my side and promised to have this reversed ASAP.!

This has been going on for a coupla months now, and i have written to Hello Peter about it and will be doing so again soon.

I do not know how your company aquired my personal number, as i do not have any Edcon group accounts. AT ALL.! And i do not ever want to have an account by them either, especially after this stunt.

I was given a references number, (seen below along with my number) a couple of months ago to use if it it is not resolved withing a short period of time.

I am furious and i will post amother message on Helo Peter about this.

According to the sms' i've received i apparently owe you company millions in phone accounts.

As follows--> Sms: Dec 13th 2018 Your current usage is R0 and your outstanding balance is R ********** .89. It will be deducted 2018-12-27. For more balances dial *135# free from your phone.

Jan 4 2019 Your current usage is R0 and your outstanding balance is R ********** .98. It will be deducted 2019-01-28. For more balances dial *135# free from your phone.

The later having received twice. We all know that that is an impossible amount for a phone bill!

Now, since i cant get through most of the time to your call centre staff, (whom i find disgusting, with no customer service nor respect), i sincerely hope you read this email and right your wrong. WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT! CONVERT MY NUMBER BACK TO ITS FORMER PRE-PAID STATE AND DELETE IT ENTIRELY FROM YOUR SYSTEM. I want nothing to do with your theiving company at all! I will also NOT be paying for any of the amounts you have placed on my name!

So, please remove all info of myself from your inferior system completely, especially my number and see to it that it is reverted back to prepaid as it was for all the years i have had it. I do not want a contract, and especially NOT EVER from your company at all!!!

I will be writing a review of this bad level of service that comes from the Edcon group if this is not done within the next 24 hours. And what you think i owe you, well, best you write that off! For all the trouble i been going through with this exceptionally bad service from your company, i should receive some form of apologetic compensation!

Here is the reference number i was given: Ref: 181 ********** 865

My cell number you people so rudely took over without my concent, that is to be reverted back to VODACOM pre-paid immediately ASAP! Is as follows:

0*2 *** ***2 (sent them the real number)

So, please release my number and classify that dumbe little contract of yours as null and void with no expenses incured.

Yours sincerely Thank you

So hopefully i should have a response soon enough and have this bull**** sorted out. As well as never have anything to do with tjat bad service, thieving company again!
