STAY AWAY FROM EDCON CELLPHONES!!!!!

I have bought a phone in 2018 where it was faulty out of the box. After my 3rd phone in 8 months time they gave me a GIFT CARD and not my money bac**** In the time that the phone was suppose to be fixed I had to purchase a phone because they don`t give a stand-in phone. I contacted Edcon where they asked what phone I want and I told them. The phone is available everywhere. They informed me they can`t get it. Now I want my money back and they just ignore me totally!!!! They are over priced on their phones and sell bad reviewed phones. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEIR CELLPHONE DEPARTMENT AS YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE ENDLESS PROBLEMS.
