Statements

My mom asked me to take over her payments and since she's no getting Statement I told her I will call head office ask them to send to my personal email and print it out for me on the 24th of Feb I called and the agent called my mom to get consent and then she said it will be sent to my email but nothing was sent call on the 17 of March because I saw people who have an account with Jet did receive their Statement I called again then they called my mom again then I was promised I will get the statement within 48hours nothing at all. What annoys me is that Edcon is quick to Blacklist when you don't pay the account but they can't delivered no wonder why Edcon sold their Debtors Book to Absa its because of such *********** workers and their shares were taken aware and it retrenched sometime years back. I'm no longer bother by the statement my mom is old if she doesn't pay you can go ahead and blacklist her there's nothing she can get on credit anymore she will be on her pension soon <br>
