Sold lies....

0n the 25th March 2021, I went to Edgars in Lake Side Mall in Benoni, went to the cellphone department, I told them I want to purchase Samsung A51 Cellphone, then the guy that was assisting me, told me that he has a phone that has all the properties as good as A51, but that is slightly cheaper, so I can get the same benefits and save, I explained that my priorities are, Camera, Space, and speed of the phone, he told me that A51 is 48MP but I was not take that to heart because all the lenses are up to 13MP, we are only told that because it is a marketing strategy, he told me that the Vivo Y30 will give me same qualities on photos, then on speed he used my husband's phone and showed us that the speed is the same, and space is the same, I asked the lady that was assisting us instore to show us a demo/display so that I can check the camera before I purchase, she said she can't because she is not allowed, once they switch it on then it's like they have sold it. they then assured me that the Camera is perfect and I wont regret the purchase, little did I know that I was just being fooled and convinced to buy, I trusted them as they work with those phones and I would think they know better than me. when I got home I tested the camera and it is nonsense, nowhere near what I was told, I don't like this phone, I am not happy with the lies they sold to me when I made it clear what qualities I was looking for, then when I check the POP, they attached the documents that states, phone can not be returned or exchanged once purchased, the phone was sold to me under false pretense, I just wish they could have told me that they don't have what I was looking for than to make me buy something by being **** to. I have not used the phone except to take few photos to check the Camera, Edcon must take it back.
