Sick&Tired of Debt collector harrassed for other peoples people's accounts

I am continually being harrassed by Edcon debt collector company Shapiro Schaik Debt Collectors for an account that DOES not belong to me however my cell number was used as a reference without my knowledge/approval. This has veen going on for 2+years and quite frankly I'm getting rather annoyed. The calls come at all hours of the day some as late as 8pm. I started blocking the 087....numbers that continuously call me which negatively impacts on my personal business calls from 087.numbers I have informed your debt collectors to remove my name as a contact but to no avail. My husband is now threatening to get legal advise. I made it a mission to find the person Im continually harrassed about and via many social media connections obtained the telephone number amd provided it to SSDC....but guess what...Im still being harrassed. The last stint was 20h00 today 9 July. I suggest you do 2 things 1)contact me so that I can get my name removed from your system (the defaulters account in particular)and 2)when you have a reference that is a non relative on your account application you actually call the person and ask if permission was granted for their name to be used. Your urgent attention to this matter would be highly appreciated Thabk you Mrs L.C. Greyling
