Shockingly poor service

For past the past four years , we have been requesting statements from Edgars but despite numerous emails, calls etc I am being ignored. I received one statement last november and discovered cell phone insurance and other insurance products were made on my account. I have also requested cell phone and other insurance policies to be canceled to no avail. The incompetence is alarming. I am being referred to Hollard to cancel the insurance products but it's been done at Edgars and reflects on the november statement. Account number is ***
