I order cosmetics online from Red Square R5935.00 12 March 2018. 14 march receive mail from Lorraine Gabuza 4 items out of stock R1630.00 I will be refunded. Receive March statement -not refunded. I tel Financial Dept ********** 442 16 April 2018. Told to tel online services ********** 274 speak to Steve get Ref No ********** 2679GO. Will tel me. 18 April 2018 I mail Accounts Dept. Reply 20 April 2018 Promise Nkabinde. I mail 25 April 2018, reply Albert Sithole 27 April 2018. Receive mail from Customer relations 2 May, 2018. I receive today some other customer s` info 3 May 2018. HOW DO I GET MY REFUND BACK WHEN I SENT RELEVENT DOCUMENTS
