SHOCKIGN ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR
On my last two visits to Red Square Stellenbosch I've received the most shocking service I ever had experienced. I popped in to compare the price of their 8hr cream and came across the staff arguing in the kitchen area. This was highly disturbing as it was loud and very unprofessional. Not one beauty consultant came from the back to assist me, instead the security at the entrance tried to help me. There was one young lady in particular (Natasha - if I read the name badge correctly) which was very unprofessional. She walked out form the kitchen area towards the floor, totally disrespecting her manager by turning her back on her manager who was trying to resolve the feud. The security asked this specific lady to assist me. She just looked at me with her one eyebrow raised and continued to walk towards the door all this while her fellow colleagues are talking to her. I immediately left the shop. I was later informed that this young lady is an intern, which came to me as a huge shock.This young lady certainly needs to change her attitude and needs an attitude adjustment as that type of attitude is not appropriate in her line of work but more suitable for teenagers. VERY DISGUSTED!!
