Settlement letter Request
Can I have a letter to clear my name please? I have settled my debt with edgars but I am struggling with my credit cause I cannot get a mere letter stating that I have settled my debt with Edgars, can I please have a settlement letter I’ve been sent from Pilar to post and none of the debt collectors have my account with.
Edgars has the worst service and I’ve been calling for days with no assistance, very frustrating can I please have the letter.

19 Aug 2020, 14:14I called the number provided and they said my account is with a different service provider. Can I have a straight answer cause I’ve tried all these numbers just now after you responded and still I get no assistance.
When I dialed I was told to call ***. Where I was also told a long story. I need you guys to sort this mess out. When I owed the account I had countless calls per day now that you guys have been paid it’s hard to just clear my name?

Do you guys know how frustrating it not knowing who you must call to have this mess sorted the number you have me requires that you put your ID no and once I put my ID it says it’s not linked to any account and then the machine drops my call.
