Settled debt but bureau not updated

I have settled my debt over a month ago, I even received a paid up letter, I was promised that it will be updated on the bureau by the 7 June 2019 and guess what nothing has been done, when we contact the accounts department they keep lying to me and it is not appealing, please can this issue be sorted out. A worker with reference code LSO gave me the wrong info.
