<p>Would like to share the excellent service I received from Chi-Earl Bastiaan at Legit Paarl.</p> <p>I spoke to Chi-Earl via telephone whereby she already sounded very friendly. I wanted an item in a spesific colour which the store did not have instock. Chi-Earl informed me that she will immediately look for one from the nearest branch, and will keep me up to date, not even 10 minutes she informed me that item is ready for collection at the spesific branch.</p> <p>I would like to bestow my gratitude to Chi-Earl for the excellent client services, it's not just the fact that she located the item for me, but the way she handled the conversation, the friendliness and willingness to assist.
