I was given a Jet gift card with R600. 00 to use, I decided to take items on the 27 Dec 2017 of R255 and left the rest to use to buy school stationary. Today I'm advised I'm left with R80.00, I told the lady assisting me that's not possible, she showed me on her system. I asked how can I query this because I was billed twice for the same amount that day. I was advised I can't do anything or query about it. So it has come to my knowledge that Jet employees **** people with gift card. I hope I never get a gift card from jet and I am going to tell family and friends never to get me a gift card from Jet. I am disappointed.
