****ed out of my final salary

I worked for Edcon for more that 6 years, I was a loyal employee, I got paid less hours than I worked almost every month, I didn't complain because I didn't want to course problems for myself and loose my job. I finally got a job that pays more and have better working conditions on the 31 January 2017, I served my notice and my final day working at Edcon was on the 13 February, I was expecting my salary on the 28 February 2017 but I never receive a cent. I sent the email to the Edcon H.R and Monica emailed me a salary slip that reflected R0.00, I final went to the Edgars I worked for in greenacres to query this with the store manager. I asked her why it reflected this amount and she could not explain it to me. I left the store and called Monica who is an H.R practitioner for Edcon and she told me the reason I have a net pay of R0.00 is because the system shows that I never served a final notice and asked me to request the attendance from the store manager, she assured me the salary will reflect in my bank account two days after sending the attendance document. I physically went to Edgars and asked the store Manger to send my attendance for the two weeks of February and she assured me she sent it and even gave me the reference number. I called Monica three days after sending those document and she told me she never received them, I called the store manager and she told me she has already sent it but she will send the attendance again. I called Monica again yesterday and she told me it's still being investigated and she was unable to tell when I will get the money I worked for back. I have rent to pay, I am a single mother and I have two children to feed. I am desperate I don't know what to do or where to go from here
