RUDE STAFF

So before lockdown we bought a lot of Pampers diapers from Jet Northgate and the baby is outgrowing them . We still have a box that is still intact (unopened still sealed) and my husband decides to go and swop yesterday (31/05) and he said the ladies WERE SO RUDE TO HIM. tHEY EVEN ASKED HIM WHY HE DIDNT RETURN THE SAME DAY, but babies dont grow on a daily basis. She then insisted on an original receipt which we no longer have and told them that since he bought on account the details should be on the system and she can find the receipt which she just didn't want to hear of. Another staff lady heard the commotion and tried to ask her colleague to check the slip on the system but she bluntly refused. Its a shame Jet employ people like that and as a woman i am sure she knows babies dont outgrow clothing everyday
